I’ve never loved my car insurance provider so much! Nadia is such a kind and compassionate agent who really is looking out for your best interest. She walked me through all of my policies as well as the claims process when I inquired. I was kind of clueless about car insurance initially, but through Nadia’s and her team’s patience I now feel like kind of an expert. I love knowing that I can call In whenever and speak to people who service my policies themselves and not press 8 buttons to get to some call center. I’ve recommended all my family and close friends to her.

Nadia is without a doubt the absolute best agent I have ever had bar none. I had to have my truck towed twice in a week, once on the 9th of October and then the 16th. As most people are we get a little anxious to receive our checks for our towing. When I emailed her about not getting my first check she offered to drive two hours to go get it. I would never expect her to do that.

Nadia is an excellent agent. I had some issue because of a previous claim and State Farm corporate decided to reject my insurance. Nadia helped me in saving my policy, she guided me to collect all the supportive documents from my previous insurance company. I was really worried, as I only had 3 business days for my policy to expire. Also, being at work I could only communicate with her over emails, she was so prompt in replying. I am really happy with her service.
