My driver was very professional. The car was clean. He adjusted the temperature to my liking, did not chatter on the phone or play any music while I was in the car for two hours. He was polite and did not ask questions, but answered those I asked. It was a pleasant experience from Connecticut to La Guardia.

We booked a sedan to take us to JFK. Our driver arrived right on time. He was very personable and professional. My husband is an avid talker, and the driver was a good listener. But when the traffic got heavy, he very politely asked for quiet. He took very good care of us. The car was comfortable and immaculate. We will be taking Avon home when we return. I’m confident that our next experience will be just as good.

They were supposed to show up for my nieces quincencera and 15 minutes after their show up time we find out they were not showing up. Even though they took our credit card information and we called to confirm they confirmed there was miscommunication within their company which resulted in our day almost being ruined and causing us to scramble. If you want to know for sure a limo is going to show up, pick a different company.

The driver was 45 minutes late and there was no rate or compensation adjustment. The excuse was there was traffic in the Lincoln Tunnel but the driver didn't text me until less than 10 minutes to the pickup time at 2:00pm (attached). A professional driver should always show up early and never be more than 10 minutes late and if they are, the company should lower the cost of the service because that is not the standard expectation of a point to point limo service. I ordered Limo Service for my best friends bachelorette. I used the online tool they provide on their website that atomically calculates the amount I had to pay based on the amount of hours, people and the distance. The limo for 6 people for 3 hours came out to be around $370 which I found pretty reasonable. I booked my service a month in advance, prior to our event I called the company twice to make sure everything is all set and paid off and I don't have to worry about anything on the day other than having good time. The worse experience ever.
The day of my wedding the driver parked on the other side of the parking lot at the complex and asked me to walk to HIM.
After the ceremony he left " to get his lunch"
Nothing worked inside. no AC. No TV. No music. It was a Hot day and not even ice to cool down water at least.
But quick to OVER CHARGE, and took few days for called back to refund our money

We used Avon limo services for a bachelorette party, requesting transportation from Ridgefield, CT into NYC for dinner, a show, and dancing. LUCKILY just one way (we opted for the train back), $280 (split a few ways).
I suppose it depends what your driver is like but ours was extremely unprofessional. Not to mention the fact that it took us almost 2 and a half hours to get into New York with NO traffic. We almost missed our dinner reservation. Estimated time of journey is an hour and fifteen minutes.
When leaving the driveway, our driver asked for the address, put it in
