My name is Amber Spencer and I am the owner and only permanent makeup tech at Northern Nevada Permanent Makeup. I am fully licensed with the city of Reno and the state of Nevada. I also have my blood born pathogens certification and I licensed with the Washoe County Health District. I use all 100% disposable tools and equipment, as well as only use the highest quality pigments with the most through testing.

Services
The Beginner Fundamental training will provide students with a solid foundation to build a lasting career in Permanent Cosmetics. This training was designed so that students will be able to confidently start offering permanent makeup on their own upon completion. Class sizes are small and intimate to allow each student quality one-on-one time with the instructor as you work on several live models from consultation to procedure.

It’s been a year since I’ve seen Amber for my brow touch up/redesign. I had my first microblading session done in another city and I’m so happy I found Amber to take over. She really looks at bone structure and works with what you have to enhance your brows. She explained everything before she started so that I felt comfortable and relaxed. I highly recommend NNPM to anyone looking for a talented, experienced and very professional brow artist.

I researched for so long to find the right person for microblading and after seeing Amber's IG pics and being recommended by other people, I knew she was who I wanted to trust with this! She was absolutely amazing and exceeded my expectations😍I love my brows!! And I really felt like she shaped them perfectly for my face and what looked best for me specifically. Amber was an excellent teacher, I enjoyed taking her class and learning the fundamentals of permanent makeup. Not only did she guide us though with microblading, shading, and eye liner enhancement methods but as well as business related things, like marketing (apps she used, how to take pics, etc), taxes, where to exactly get the supplies we need, insurance and so on! A whole month later and she is still very supportive and has answered my 100’s of questions and concerns I thrown at her (sorry Amber 😅). Would recommend her class and her work to anyone either looking for a well put beginners

I took Amber‘s beginner course for permanent make up learning micro blading, shading, and lash enhancement. I was so impressed with her on all levels. I feel like she thought of everything. And I learned things above and beyond just the technical side of the profession. She asked questions of us to get us prepared to be successful. She walked us through steps and encouraged us through it all. She’s very generous, kind and intelligent woman. She was inspiring. I felt very comfortable in her class and she made it fun. I cannot recommend Amber enough! When my eyebrows fell out due to thyroid problems I started drawing them in but as someone who doesn’t wear makeup everyday this felt like a huge task. Thankfully, I found Amber’s Instagram and after years of following multiple brow pages and not consistently being impressed with the results- when I saw NNPM’s page I knew I had to get mine bladed and shaded by Amber.
