Ist Choice Janitorial has provided janitorial and floor service in two of our buildings for 15 years. His service is superior, especially when compared with our other vendors. Mr. Bonfanti and his staff are knowledgeable, reliable and professional and seldom are there any issues. However when one does occur, he responds immediately and corrects the issue. Mr. Bonfanti and his staff work well with our tenants and our maintenance staff. He is an asset and a pleasure to work with. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND 1ST CHOICE JANITORIAL.
