Second time I bought flooring from John. This time I opted to have Acadian install it as well. John is always great in sharing his expertise, providing recommendations and an experience without any pressure. Once we finalized the kind of flooring Kia came to install. He took his time, was very meticulous and made some great suggestions to save us money. Kia cleaned up everyday, showed up on time and worked late.

We purchased a big condo and wanted to have nice looking flooring. However, there is not much choice of engineer flooring for clicking system. John gave us really good advise and we got what we wanted. We under ordered the product. John managed to get us more in two different times. His service is exceptional. Highly recommended.

Buyer beware of their products! Acadian Flooring does not stand behind the quality of their products, and/or doesn’t return phone calls unless it’s pertaining to a sale.
I purchased several cases of American Oak “Hazelnut” engineered hardwood to be installed by another professional company. The installers advised me they had to throw away about an entire case worth of product due to the inconsistent grooves. At first glance they’re a good thickness and quality but you’ll notice the lack of quality control once you begin installation. In fact, despite my hired team completing the project

What you see is not what you get there. I ordered engineered hardwood from Acadian floor. What I ordered is not what I received. After I placed my order and then I got a call from Jon asking if I wanted this other engineered hardwood (ugly brown colour) instead. I went in and saw the wood and said no, I wanted my original choice. What did I receive...the ugly brown one I said I didn't want. Not only was it the wrong one, it was warped like it had been sitting in their warehouse on a skid for a year. Jon then asked me to bring in a couple boards so that he can talk to his vendor. Like
