Kirk got his start in the waste collection business at an early age working alongside his father and uncle at a trash company they owned, Zakaroff Rubbish. At the age of 16, he knew he was destined to be in the trash industry. Kirk established Arrow with one single roll-off truck. Throughout the years, his small enterprise grew and progressed into what it is now.
