My grandmother has dementia and she was scheduled for a visit at the Christiansburg office. The receptionist screamed in her, my mother and my uncle’s faces that they were at the wrong office. Refused to believe the confirmation email and was completely unreasonable. I’m thankfully for the kind PA who fit my grandmother and uncle into her schedule. The receptionist made my grandmother cry and continued to confuse her in an already delicate situation. Everyone is going through a difficult time; however, it does not excuse her deplorable behavior.

I waited to be called for my appt and it was 45 minutes before they called. I didn't have a ride waiting there because the sign for that was inside. I left in tears because I was very rudely told there was no place to sit. The lady closed the glass in my face. I had back surgery and had to stand in the heat. Never going back.

No issue with the doctors and PAs but the office staff is awful. They bill insurances you don't have for dates you didn't go now they decided to close on Fridays at 1 p.m with out notifying the patients that have pre set 2 p.m appt. Nice. Im think maybe its time to call the BBB and the government centers for Medicare.

Love their new offices! Parking is great! No more quarter mile walk in the freezing wind and rain (in the winter) from the parking lot to the facility. Same friendly faces now just in different places!
I feel blessed that my primary care provider recommended Blue Ridge Pain and Spine Associates to me. The staff has always been very professional and attentive. All my experiences there have been very positive. I would highly recommend them to all who need their services.

At first I was very apprehensive about seeing a pain management doctor again. The last ones were to say the least not very friendly and I don't have any money to pay someone who doesn't appreciate my business.
I started rocky but since my second time I was impressed with the very best care possible.
I recommend Dr. Swanson and Laura Davis wholeheartedly and I am glad I went. If you are a little bit out of shape you can expect to receive useful information on how to treat that as well. Just don't allow it to be a quitting point. You will do your best and so will they.

My doctor referred me to Blue Ridge Pain Management. I waited for weeks to hear from them about an appointment, but not a peep. I finally called and left messages three times for the new patient coordinator (Elissa) to call me and they never returned my call. I finally called and told the person on the phone that I was tired of the way they seem to conduct business and to completely remove me from their system. That was two weeks ago. Today I get a letter from Elissa saying they have been trying to get ahold of me to schedule an appointment...two weeks after I told them to remove me from their

The office staff is EXTREMELY rude. Most especially the new patient coordinator, who REALLY needs to find a new line of work, outside of customer service. They are degrading, disrespectful, and outright mean. Do NOT recommend.

Office staff were rude, waiting room awful, smells. Written policy didn't refect what they tell you over phone. Will deal with my pain rather than go to a clinic again, all this and never saw Dr.
