Overall I like this tanning salon. The beds are clean & the girls are nice. I think if they are going to offer appoints though they should keep at least one bed in each level open for walk ins. I was informed none of the beds in my level were available when I pay for the highest membership & usually alternate between a high pressure & a hybrid. According to the girl at the front the only bed that was available is a 10 minute bed " I can burn in" & the top of the bed practically comes down to your nose; there is no room to move in it. It's frustrating to pay that much

My lash girl of several years moved out of town so I started going to Hush. I had good luck before the pandemic, in fact, my last set of eyelashes lasted well over 3 weeks. This last time has been a nightmare. I paid over $99 plus the "club" membership price and the lashes started coming out in the first 24 hours by the clumps. I went immediately to the Celsius manager. She seemed cool like I could have them redone when I got back from my trip to Colorado if it continued to be a problem. Well it was. By the time I got back, I had missing patches everywhere. Great customer service. The ladies at the counter weren’t sure how to handle my voucher at first, but they called the manager and fixed everything. They made me feel comfortable, not like I was bothering them, and I saw them treat all the customers that way. The tan came out well- a little orange for my own skin color- but I picked it- not their fault! :)

Stopped using salon because after several complaints and showing employees dirty beds, nothing changed.
Cancelled membership last April. I noticed when looking for something else on my statement that I have been getting charged. Not only am I being charged unauthorized amounts but the amount exceeds my original membership amount.
I have called several times seeking resolution. Was told I would be reimbursed initially because the employee did not put the proper code in to cancel my membership. After speaking with an Assistant I was told they could only do one month. District Manager during the

I have been a customer of Celsius Tannery for a few years and just cannot say enough about how wonderful this place is. Whenever I walk in I am welcomed with a smile and acknowledged by name. Their employees of Hush Lash are just as wonderful. I can tell you from experience the quality of Hush Lashes are way above what others offer. If you are looking for a place to tan or want lashes give this place a try, you will be happy you did!!!

The staff here are extremely friendly and educated. They always teach me something new. I used the redlight bed for a burn scar and it is completely gone !! There are always specials to help me save money. Not only that but someone is always busy cleaning which makes me feel confident and safe as a consumer in an intimate beauty industry to keep giving my business! All the lash stylists do amazing work and are so fun to chat with while taking a break from day to day routines!

Friendly staff but for the price they charge their beds don't do much! I went several times and was not seeing my normal results. I always use a sticker to measure my tan progress and was not seeing much of a difference. told them what was going on and they suggested a different type of bed tried it better results but still not what I would normally get else where tried talking to them a couple more times at each visit and nothing was done no offer of any solution except they thought I was tan went somewhere else and got more results off of one tan than I did off of probably 6 sessions there.

I have now had two experiences here, where I have purchased tanning sessions that have magically disappeared from their system.
This last time today, I was told because I had cancelled my auto debit-- that the tans I had purchased separately from my monthly allowance had been deleted. In what world does this make sense?
I own a business and am sorry to say this place is dishonest, and you would be wise to take your business anywhere but here. Extremely poor customer service.

I was a loyal customer of Celsius Tannery Tremont for years. It was clean, upscale, nice, it was a "salon" experience.
Then she sold... customer service declined, they got stupid with their rates, I left. I then became a Fan of Solarium two seconds down the street. I tanned with Solarium for 3+ years.
