We had an amazing experience with John Marion Custom Homes! John built us our forever home and we are so grateful! From the beginning we were constantly in the loop on what was going on since we were building 3 hours from where we lived. John was in constant communication with us and we appreciated it! We are extremely happy with our home and couldn’t have asked for a better builder! Everyone on his team was top notch as well!!

John Marion and his crew are always professional. You always get a phone call letting you know exactly what time they will be there and for how long . They make a point of leaving the area clean. I have used him for 2 projects and have a few more planned. John is very personable and keeps your budget in mind and is helpful in finding ways to save money. I only wish he had built or home!! Instead he is fixing problems room by room from the ordinal builders and also helping us with remodels and other issues as they come up. Every time I call John he takes my call and and acts like he has all the

John built a beautiful house that I fell in love with immediately. It was exactly what I wanted and very well done. Additionally, he is very easy going and great to work with. He is very responsive and willing to fix any issue you may have. I would highly recommend him as a builder. If I ever move I’m hoping he will build my next house!
