Great shop one of the best in So Cal. Cool clothing riding gear some parts for your bike in house. They will even pick up your bike if you schedule a appointment. I had my sons entire fleet of race bikes serviced with these guys and they do a great job. Ask for Jason they carry Dunlop, Bridgestone, and tires.

Excellent service!!!
While covid, I had a bike in service that I needed to ship to the mainland.
Alvin from Cycle city was very understandable about the situation and help guide the necessary repairs.
When it was time to start the shipping process, he made it a top priority and was very communicative of what was needed and what he could do to help.
Being on vacation and getting that big process done in a few hours was a relief!

I went in to buy a helmet and replace the visor to my helmet. I ran a muck in the store for over 20 mins while both employees completely ignored me. Never asked if I wanted help. Finally I went to counter with the helmet I found and asked to get the visor that went with it. I had to assist him in helping me right down to finding the price. No customer service, employee was rude. Other employee walked past me for over 20 minutes talking with a vendor and ignoring me. I will never go back. You lost my biz.

Don’t take your bike here for tire changes. I never have and never will but all friends that did have had pinched tubes and one of my buddies brought his back and didn’t realize that it wasn’t even on the bead!! I’ve only heard bad things about cycle city and tires. Normal maintenance, I’m sure their great, their technicians obviously just don’t take the time necessary for the tires.

Very satisfied with work done on my bike. Front fork rebuilt, seals, fork oil, and fork springs changed. Specialty they did a good job by ordering the 1.0kg/mm springs which compensate for my weight and riding style compared to the original stk 0.75kg/mm springs. Now the bike's handling is better and it does not bottom out when passing bumps. Great customer service if you have any question for your bike. Also they order the new parts and make the bike ready in a very reasonable amount time. Their prices are very reasonable as well. Strongly recommend this group to service, sale, and maintain your

Based on my experiences with motorcycle mechanics in the past, I came to this store/shop skeptical and observant to what cues may tell me to pop smoke and run. Owner/head mechanic, Justin greeted me and showed me around his repair shop. On my 2nd visit, Jason, front desk, took time to explain options on new tires to purchase, no rush or pressure. Took my bike in and now runs like new. Reasonable on cost and generous on extra work to ensure my ride keeps on rolling. Very happy to have found this store and shop! Customer for life! And, that’s something I don’t say lightly, nor too often.
