After disturbingly awful service from Ready Refresh we went running to Culligan. Chad took care of us professionally and quickly. The onboarding process was a breeze and Chad got us set up with our first delivery. He was a pleasure to work with and assured us if we had any concerns we could call him.

Our experience w/ Culligan installing our much needed water softener has been nothing short of fantastic. Derrick Richardson was our sales guy. Derrick delivered excellent service throughout the process and is incredibly knowledgeable about our area and the associated hard-water challenges. Jerry Gaston also delivered fantastic service. After installation, he tested our water and helped us install the app on our mobile devices so we can monitor the system remotely and keep up with the wealth of info that is available in the mobile application. We were also extremely pleased with our installation

We debated a very long time before finally deciding to get the coverage on our Culligan drinking water system. Well, today was our first visit, our technician was Phil Do. We are so happy we got the coverage. Phil came out and he answered every question, like the expert that he is. He was friendly and timely and helpful in so many ways. Jerry Gaston was great in following up to test our water. We had some minor issues and even though he wasn’t a tech he let us know from experience so we can properly report to culligans customer service.
Overall The clean water of course has been a lifesaver, my family and I were experiencing skin irritation after moving into our new home. We shopped around and this company was the next best thing; especially because they’ve been on business for the longest which makes this a more secure investment.

We’ve had a great experience with Culligan. We contacted Stephen Miller when we moved into our new house because he had installed some systems in our neighborhood and came highly recommended. He got us a great deal and exactly what we needed. We’ve received so many compliments about the taste of our water and the ice maker it’s connected to. We love it and the service we’ve received. So much so that we give out Stephen’s card to new neighbors who move in and ask us about it.

I contacted Culligan about getting a water system in my home. My contact Stephen Miller came by and gave me all the information I needed, and he recommended the perfect system for my needs. I was then put in contact with Chad (sorry didn't get last name) to go over the system and get it installed. After only 2 days Chad was able to come in and explain everything I had questions about. The customer service was wonderful, and the Culligan employees were really helpful! Not to mention the water tastes great!!! Would definitely recommend.
