I was very pleased with the professional services rendered by Delk and Tomlinson. They treated me with respect and helped me understand the process which is hard to do when your emotions are frayed. They provide very good counsel that is grounded in ethics and fairness to all parties involved. While the process is never enjoyable you will walk away knowing that your outcome was as good as you would ever expect. Dana is/was my attorney handling my child custody case. She was great! I have no complaints! She handled everything timely and professionally! Everything was filed quickly! She was always available to answer questions and she was forth coming and honest! She even worked hard to try to keep me from spending more money than I should (which obviously would have benefited her if I spent more money). I would highly recommend this attorney for family court situations!

Working on a custody matter for my husband and I, we have been extremely pleased with Dana's professionalism and assistance throughout the entire process. This firm only cares about money. They should be reported to the bar . My husbands ex hired her . His ex took off to another state and was not allowing the court ordered visitations . We rightly filed in her contempt , yet the Delk firm because of their connection with the judge and the large sum of money his ex gave the firm . She filed against it and the courts just gave them what they wanted without evidence etc. Good thing one of the judges in question is now off the bench because of repeated offenses against the public. In 2014, I utilized the services of Jacquelyn Diane Tomlinson for my divorce. She drew up papers that were fair and equitable for me and my ex-wife.
Fast forward to April of 2016 and we are going back to court for a modification in child custody with my ex-wife, where she is wanting sole custody and complete decision making ability for our child.
