Each cooperative and condominium association has different rules concerning which elements of your unit are your responsibility and which the are the responsibility of the cooperative or condominium association.If you are unsure as to whether or not your maintenance issue is covered by the association, you can find out by consulting your Master Deed, Occupancy Agreement and/or By-Laws.
