Today is Wednesday. Website says they're open at 8:30 a.m. they are not. They open at 10. And then they notify you that they do walk-ins from 8:30 to 10:30 but they're not open. So when I come home they said oh yeah 10:30 to 12 for walk-ins no nevermind it's 8:30 to 10:34 walk ins and we drove 45 minutes to get here and I don't even know when they're open it or what they're doing. The receptionist is awful and rude...

Check your bill. They bill your insurance for all kinds of crazy things They have never done. Do not expect to get your prescriptions either. They call them in late and never get it right. They only get one star because zero was not an option.

I love my doctor at this location. However some of the other staff at this location are rude. They catch attitude when you are trying to explain your issue and over speak you. I pay for your services do better.

The two stars is because the visit was pleasant but make sure they send out a prescription before you leave or write it out because you can't reach the office and the number they send you to for prescription information goes to voicemail, even during business hours. I'm pregnant with possible strep or sinus infection and feel absolutely horrible. Going to go up there again tomorrow I guess as I see no other options, they're my PCP with insurance.
Updated to 3 stars because after hour number was kind and may be able to help.

First appointment ever, and I was nervous. You could tell the front staff was busy as all get out, but they tried their best to be nice, courteous, and personable. As a new patient I expected the actually short wait I had. When I went back to see Dr Blasko, i first seen my nurse and she was the most wonderful, non judgemental, caring person i have ever met. When Dr. Blasko came in he was no nonsense he wanted to treat the issues and did his best to inform me on everything. I have full faith in my new healthcare team. To all the veterans of the armed services come here if you're not getting the

My doctor is great, Kathleen Varnadore, but I can’t get my prescriptions sent into my pharmacy. I read other reviews and noticed that this sort of the lack of customer service, happens allot for no reason other than incompetence.

Will not respond to calls or messages. Will not get back to patients about prescriptions transfered from other doctors.. HOURS long waiting WITH an apt. . Will not allow anyone in building except patients. And no children allowed to use bathroom even after a 2 hour wait outside in the heat. Rude. Noncommunicable. Never a good experience. Everyone hates their jobs. And the person sitting outside where u have to go to be seen now, is the RUDEST MOST UNHELPFUL person alive. Being checked for MS, but cant even get 2 prescriptions of my 7 transfered to McKinney by their "SO CALLED DOCTORS ".. have gotten
