My name is Tracy and I am the owner and operator of SoCal Sprinkler, an irrigation sprinkler repair company. I grew up in England so I promise I speak the Queens English. I began my apprenticeship as a journeyman plumber in 1983. Since 1990 I have focused my attention exclusively on landscape sprinkler systems.
I specialize in the troubleshooting and repair of landscape sprinkler systems, both commercial and residential. I call myself "the sprinkler expert" because after all these years, there's nothing I haven't seen a thousand times. I prefer to repair and tune up existing sprinkler systems. I will do small installations (add stations, etc) but installing completely new systems is not the focus of my business.

We were experiencing several different problems with front- and backyard sprinkler systems. Had tried to fix, but nothing seemed to work - mainly beyond my limited sphere of expertise. Contacted Tracy @ SoCal Sprinkler and set a date for a look. Tracy was prompt and very professional in his approach to identifying and correcting the problems I had - a broken line, several sprinkler heads not operating correctly, a faulty anti-siphon valve and overall "tuneup" of where the sprays were directed. A fair, flat rate was quoted that included parts and labor. All problems resolved in one day

Thank you Tracy, I tried calling rain bird for some home owner help. Basically he said you can't fix that. i worked for the aerospace industry for thirty-two years. I can just fix about anything. I changed the diagram but still leaked. So I called Tracy, he came out soon as he could. He just changed the bottle cap and now it works great. Please call Tracy at SoCal sprinkler if you need any repairs. You won't be disappointed.

We moved in a couple months ago and didn't know what condition the sprinklers were in.. to be honest we didn't even know how to turn them on! Tracy came out and determined that the front ones did work (yay!) but our valves were old and needed to be replaced. We had a timer that was old and he replaced that too. The back sprinklers were gross and leaking and he capped them and cleaned them up. All of this was done within a few hours! I was really happy with the work and felt like the price for materials and labor was fair. If the current sprinklers I have ever have any problems, I will

Tracy is a true professional with great technical knowledge of sprinkler systems . I made an appointment to have a new sprinkler timer box installed. He arrived at the time promised and was very professional, communicative and friendly. He installed the box and configured all zones very quickly and provided excellent communication throughout. Tracy is an irrigation expert and this was demonstrated by his diagnosing the problem quickly and replaced the valves in a matter of minutes. He also went above and beyond by modifying the piping so it would increase the performance and longevity of the sprinkler system. I recommend Tracy for your irrigation system needs.

This past Saturday, my sprinklers came on by themselves and wouldn't shut off until I manually turned off the valves. Same thing Sunday. Monday I called So Cal Sprinkler and talked with a woman who offered some possible fixes, none of which worked. But she did try and I appreciate that. We set an appointment for Wednesday, Tracy came out and had things working in an hour or so for a cost I think is reasonable.
Their website makes clear they will do what they say but we've all heard that before. Words are one thing, action another. Tracy exceeded my expectations relative to their website

Had a couple of different problems with my system that I wanted a pro to take a look at. I Explained to Tracy that I had maintained the system myself but thought I'd let an expert address these somewhat larger issues. He was great provided quotes and explained how best to do both jobs if I wanted to do them myself. The quotes were reasonable and Tracy got the work done in half the time it would have taken me.
Great to find a service provider who knows his stuff and doesn't play games. I will definitely use this service again

One of my sprinkler was not working. It actually blew out my sprinkler controller. I looked up on yelp and reviews of So Cal Sprinkler were good. Called and set-up an appointment.
Tracy showed up right on time. His analysis of the issue was spot on. Had to replace the sprinkler as the solenoids were blown (they were probably 10,000 yrs old). All the time we had great conversations. He is a great person. Fixed the issues, waited for the thing to be tested, and also fixed a few other small issues around the house.
So Cal Sprinklers are not officially my permanent garden equipment maintenance
