Todd Surveying has served the Fox Valley area and surrounding counties of northern Illinois for more than 35 years, collectively providing every type of surveying need. We provide our clients and project partners with a wide range of services including: plat of surveys, boundary surveys, ALTA surveys, topographical surveys, and complete construction layouts.
This is one of the most common types of surveys due to its wide range of uses. A plat of survey is used to depict the boundaries of a parcel using its legal description and physical evidence on the property. Todd Surveying will send a survey crew to your property to collect the necessary data. From this data, a scaled drawing is drafted which illustrates property lines, bearings, distances along these lines, and total acreage.

I highly recommend this company as they are the best ever. I was more ready for the negative on my property. But it worked out in my favor. They discovered so many inches but Todd Jr and Robert were the best at their job. All the great technology and measures they had was amazing!! If you ever need a survey of any kind. These Guys are the ones to call. I can't thank them enough for their expert survey... Simply the best. So friendly and polite.

Most unprofessional company I have ever used now I now what the meaning of you get what you pay for means. They are stuck in the 90s with the equipment they use. They try any trick they can pull to get the job done as fast as humanly possible by planting new pins in your ground. Digging up neighbors or get this letting g the neighbors pre dig thiers up and go off of that. You may lose ONLY a foot or two of your property but hey if you want to prove it your going back on their dime, and you better be their to watch thier every forsaken move because I wouldn't trust these people as far as I can throw
