Pierce started Total Computer Services (TCS) out of his home in 1990. He offered computer sales and services to individuals and small businesses in Bucks, Montgomery and Philadelphia Counties. In 2006 realizing that residential customers needed a reliable computer service center he opened his first location.

Recently my daughter's laptop hardware started acting wonky. We took it to Total Computer Services in Richboro and received excellent service. The repair was very fast and very reasonably priced. The employee who helped us, Larry, was empathetic (he knows how upset people are when their computer isn't working!) and knowledgeable. He also gave us some tips on how to prevent future problems. If we have any more computer problems we will definitely go back.

Didn’t solve my problem, wiped my entire laptop as part of the diagnosis process, and now this clean install of windows 10 they did has more issues than I had originally.
The cherry on top was the complete attitude I got when they couldn’t fix my laptop and left me with a more hobbled version of my laptop.
