Very disappointed with communication. We had drapes made in same color and texture for 2 rooms and were pleased.We decided to have another set of drapes fabricated for our Master in same color and texture as our home is contemporary. When Master drapes installed we were told the original color we chose was unavailable..so owner took the liberty to choose an alternate color which was more gold than off white ..We also ordered a custom vanity seat cushion which was ordered at time 1st set of drapes were done.We were told cushion was done and would be delivered when drapes installed. UPDATE: The business owners are in the middle of a family crisis and have installed half of my order. I am editing my review to reflect that situation. Hopefully, I will be able to upgrade this review later this week when they have promised to finish my order.
I’m in the middle of the process right now, but I’m not encouraged. I placed an order 5 weeks ago and was promised installation today. When I called to confirm, I was told “next Friday”. When I pointed out that I confirmed the original date by phone with my calendar in hand, I got the response, “Maybe I didn’t write it down.”

This is one of the best companies around. Family owned and very attentive to detail and customer satisfaction. I would recommend to anyone looking for a well done job that will last forever.

After speaking with several drape companies, local and national, it was clear Tucson Drapery was the choice for us. They understood our concerns with installing drapes in an Adobe brick home, worked with us on hardware, and custom sewed our drapes so they would hang level (our roof is slightly pitched). I am absolutely delighted with my custom Roman shades from Tucson Drapery! I've been searching for 2 years for fabric that matches my décor, plum, lavender and citron, with no luck. When I contacted Margarita Molina at Tucson
Drapery she suggested we use 3 different fabrics! She created a plum and lavender border on the sides of the citron....gorgeous! Her craftsmanship is amazing. I will enjoy these shades for many years to come.
