She really listened to me and helped me figure out exactly what I wanted without ever being pushy. I was initially indecisive and confused about the whole process but left feeling confident. She was responsive to follow-up questions and gave me updates and advice throughout the entire customization process. Also, she was just so encouraging

The young lady that helped me at Brax was great. I had a very old Alaskan watch band in for repair. She gave me an estimate for the time needed to repair it. Told me the technician that does the work was only there one day a week. She texted me the next day to let me know they didn’t have the correct tool to use and but they would obtain one and have the repair done the following week. The technician doing the repair was excellent. He noticed a hairline crack in a setting that I had forgotten about. It was next to where the repair was needed. Came in for a repair on a piece of jewelery purchased from another jewelery shop. Lindsi was quick to help and the turnaround time was so fast. It looks so much better too! My husband was also looking at some wedding bands to possibly upgrade and she was very knowledgeable and quick to answer my husbands questions. He's very picky and he was impressed with the quality of customer service. We will be back to purchase more pieces soon!
