I was trying to help out what seemed like smaller businesses by deciding to go with Eagle Box. I got their flier in the mail and called them up. I ordered a few sets of flat cardboard pieces and everything seemed to be going great, until I placed the order. I tell him that we're a small gallery and that we have a headquarters in Alabama so to please have the invoice be payable to them. Seems to be no problem.
I went back & forth with some emails and they would lag here & there, saying sorry this and that. They were going to send me a resale form, but I didn't hear back. This
