Selling a property, in and of itself, can be full of challenges, but add in the emotional aspect of selling a childhood home, and it can become exponentially more difficult, but with Brenda it was easier than I could have possible imagined. Not only did she walk us through and explain each step, keep us in the loop at every turn, and make sure that we had all information to put our minds at ease, she did it all seamlessly. in to give excellent tips on how to improve some things in terms of furniture, bookcases, etc, a reminder to take down personal objects so the new
buyer could "move-in"!
