North Central Pharmacy

I have been using this pharmacy for over 2 years for 4 family members. Very personable and caring staff. Lobby is very clean and they even have a coffee station while you wait. Delivery service is available although I've never used it.

This is an excellent pharmacy and there are many reasons they have perfect reviews! My son has extremely complicated medications and Chenudu has been the most knowledgeable pharmacist I have met. They have always bent over backwards for our family. They even deliver medications! Thank you for providing a great service!

Everyone at this pharmacy is friendly and genuinely cares that your health needs are taken care of. Chenudu, the pharmacist is very knowledgeable and professional, goes above and beyond his call of duty to make sure every customer is taken care of. Five star service you cannot get from elsewhere.

This is how a pharmacy should be. The pharmacists and staff are wonderful. This isn't a convenience store with a pharmacy in the back, it's just a pharmacy, so the staff knows what they are doing. They will even deliver to you if you are local. We had a refill for our son's inhaler that we were going to pick up on Saturday, but we were unable to get to the pharmacy before they closed. The pharmacist came by our house to drop off my son's inhaler on his way home. That is the kind of customer service that makes customers truly feel like a priority to a business.

Fantastic Service - So my wife just called me to say how great their team did at filling our little one's z-pak prescription while en route from the doctor's office. Then they even came out to her car to deliver it! Just found out that they deliver as far as Rockwall for free. Thank you very much for making our lives so much easier. When you have 4 kids, this kind of service deserves some major praise.

I have been so impressed with my dealing with the staff at North Central Pharmacy, especially Chinedu. Unlike most pharmacies, he really shows compassion and care for his clientele, and has worked with our family to ensure we received the medicine we needed in a timely manner. At North Central Pharmacy I'm remembered and actually have access to a knowledgeable pharmacist and staff. They're accurate, fast, courteous, and always take the time to answer my questions and concerns. I also found that my prescriptions are less expensive compared to the large pharmacy chains such as CVS, Walgreens, and even Walmart. I'm so glad I made the switch. They're excellent!
