I have used this company several times and find Adam to be very honest and trustworthy. I‘ve had to call them a few times for repairs because my stair chair was getting very old and finally broke beyond repair. I called Lakeside because I’m very happy with their service and prices are very reasonable for a replacement chair... They called me on a Friday to let me know the new chair would be delivered Monday. Experienced technicians didn’t take long to remove the old chair and install the new one. Love the new chair, it works great!

I had surgery on my knee and was told I couldn’t walk on it for 6 weeks. I have three small children under the age of 7! Lakeside mobility and scooter got me up a moving with an awesome scooter rental! I was able to maneuver around my house, outside to play, and enjoy life while recovering! I can’t thank them enough for their great service! I highly recommend using them.

This company is one I will make sure to inform everyone about. I have never received customer service like this. I was called on a Saturday to schedule an appointment for a quote on a ramp. The appointment was scheduled for 11:30 AM on 7/11/2019. On 7/11/19 at 1130AM I began waiting for the company to arrive. After waiting 15 minutes, no one showed up. I started making phone calls to see where they were. I spoke with a woman who said the guy was "4 minutes out". After about 10 minutes of more waiting, I called Lakeside Mobility. Cindy explained that she did not know that the driver was running

I bought a wheelchair there a few years ago and went to them for spare parts. They told me they needed my chain to get wheels. I asked them if they could look up what I bought and get the parts . One guy said no way ,another guy said maybe,the women had no clue. I told them you got my S/N just look it up. So the women said she would and get back to me but that I should just buy them online cause they would be cheaper. Well that was the only thing she was right about because I got the right wheels after 45 seconds of time online for $20.00 each. They called me and told me they would sell them to

Excellent customer service! My family vacationed in Hampton Beach from NC and was in need of a scooter. I worked with Cindy and she made the process so easy. Scooter was delivered to hotel office before we arrived and we left it there for pick up when we checked out. Scooter arrived with a full charge and ready to go. Highly recommend using this company!
