It was very easy to order my deluxe combo inflatable. The delivery guys were on time and very professional. After delivery we inspected the inflatable before anyone started playing on it. The inflatable had a large rip on the slide and the slide wasn’t slick enough for the kids to slide on. There were several holes that had been patched, but the patches were not holding. I would not recommend this inflatable in this condition.

My experience was bad. They said that they would have people there to help load up the inflatable but they were not there. Then the inflatable had a tear in it. They also changed what I chose to something else. I didn't even see the actual people who ran it. It was a family member that had to help us. Would not come back nor recommend to anyone.
