Services
We buy from scrap from the public. We understand that some think that it is more convenient to just throw everything away with the trash, which is why we strive to make it just as easy (if not easier) to recycle your scrap and get paid for it. Whether you are a seasoned scrapper or new to recycling, our employees are here to help you and we pride ourselves of providing fast and courteous service.
The majority of the scrap metal we buy is recycled and turned into new metal. If the metal is still usable, however, we'll put it up for sale at a price that is considerably lower than factory rates. Just because something was scrapped does not mean that it is no longer functional. We have a wide range of inventory that is continuously changing.
Upon arrival, you first need to stop on the truck scale. The entrance scale is an in-ground scale and located to the left of the brick building. Once you are on the scale look at the window to the right. You must wait for us to record your weight, and give you a thumbs up before proceeding. All nonferrous metals are weighed at the second door to the warehouse on the right.
If it is metal, then we will buy it. However, separating your material can be intimidating to new comers. We will do our best to help you separate your material to earn the most money, but here is a brief overview to help you get started. Bare Bright Copper: Bare or stripped #1 copper wire and cable that is still shiny, hence the Bare and Bright part of the name.

I used to go here all the time and loved going but yesterday I went for the first time in a while and while I was there one of the employees kept staring at me/looking me up and down and it was really creepy.
We had a short exchange and when I was about to address him and tell him to f off for being creepy another male employee started saying "oh he just -" and the other men working started chuckling and going along with it and I got out of there as fast as I could.
There used to be a very nice man that worked there and I don't know if he still does and just wasn't there yesterday or what but

These guys are great! Organized, and knowledgeable!
For what I was quoted on the other side of the HRBT I paid almost HALF here! If you're looking to buy material, this is the place to go!

I have used this place repeatedly. Prices are honest and the people working are hardworking and honest.
I enjoy finding the steel or aluminum I need. The “scrap/bulk” steel is usually huge remnants that are perfect for me. At $0.30 a lb. I’m more than happy.
What if can’t find “used” they have very reasonably priced brand new stock.

Owner/manager and workers were the nicest people. Bought my item brand new and even found a few other pieces for another project. Definitely recommend to anyone. There is a treasure trove of other items that if interested would probably be for sale as well. I will continue to use them for all my metal and scrap needs!

For a maker, this place is a candy store. New stock is clean, and scrap/used material is incredibly varied, with some *huge* pieces of aluminum and steel I'd never seen as scrap. Definitely a new regular spot for material. Way, WAY cheaper than the metal rack @ the home improvement stores for small quantities, even with the modest cut fee. (new metal comes in 20ft sticks, I have an SUV, 5 bucks and magically it's 3 shorter pieces!)

My husband and I had so much stuff that we rented a uhaul truck. 47 bags of crushed aliminum can, 7 bags of aluminum pans and plenty of brass and copper. They were very patient. 2 guys was on the ground with my husband helping him open and dump the bags as I stayed on the truck pulling the bags. They were very pleasant. Talking and cracking jokes with us will seeing how in the world did we get all this. Our secret we save from one December to the next December and Mery Christmas to our family. Trust me it was worth leaving with $742.56.
