I created an account just to be able to write this review. I have never ever seen a more unprofessional approach to furniture sales. My husband and I walked into the store after seeing a Facebook post mentioning 50% off which seems like a great deal right? Well if something seems too good to be true it must be. This stores definition of giving 50% off is to mark up the price of their furniture 2-3x more than other stores and then discount by 50% and their prices are still outrageous. We found a couch that was cloth, not even leather for $5,200. And this was just for a sectional. Not to mention

I purchased 2 Elite Scoop Accent tables from the Reflections Home Furnishings store in Hickory, NC, the sales representative C. Ward was very thorough and provided me with everything I needed to make a sound decision to buy these tables. The price and quality met my expectations and the customer service when I arrived was excellent. This store is a hidden gem on the east coast.

Extremely poor customer service. I came in here by myself twice and barely got a look. The first trip I made in there NO ONE talked to me. Was told one thing, the meaning of their sale tags and never checked on again. Went directly to the Flexsteel gallery and no one checked on me. I guess men without an accompanying spouse are welcome to spend money here.....Okay, I will take it somewhere else.

What an amazing furniture store! Let's face it, furniture shopping is never really the most enjoyable thing to do. We went here on a day we had planned to go to about 7 or 8 stores. This was our first stop. We ended up buying a loveseat with a tremendous deal we could not refuse, and had the rest of our day to enjoy at home! Would most definitely recommend.
