TRSA educates and develops relationships with federal, state and local legislators and regulators to ensure they understand the impact of tax, labor and compliance on linen, uniform and facility services operations. TRSA reviews the impact of lawmaking at the federal, state and local levels (particularly environmental, labor, tax and energy concerns) on the industry.
TRSA proactively addresses and aggressively responds to federal, state and local agency rule making that could harm the industry thereby negatively affecting the economy or environment. We educate key audiences about the need to efficiently and effectively resolve issues to preserve industry viability.
The LDF provides TRSA with the resources needed to initiate action and intervene in matters pertinent to our industry involving legislatures, regulatory agencies, federal and state courts and other legal proceedings. TRSA's member-driven LDF is instrumental to giving a more powerful voice to the linen, uniform and facility services industry in achieving critical advocacy successes.
