Called Steampro and spoke with David. Very professional and informative. Scheduled a quick convenient time. On day of appointment, David called and informed me his crew was running a little behind due to being short staffed. He and another gentleman showed up. Informed them of a couple of areas with light stains. They pretreated and gave special attention to the areas. Theses guys are great ! Carpet looks new again. I will use them again.

I was a little hesitant to have someone come out to clean our carpet, but after trying to shampoo it myself to no avail I decided to give it a shot. Matt came out, he was extremely polite and did a FANTASTIC job! My house smells AMAZING! No more urine smells! Stains are completely gone! Great price! I will absolutely use their services again and recommend them to everyone 👍👍

TLDR: HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Matt (our tech) and Steampro are awesome and my carpets look like new and it was completely affordable.
Matt was my technician and he was super friendly, professional, and knowledgable. The crew was perfectly on time and even texted me when they were on their way, so I knew exactly when to expect them.
Matt and I did a walkthrough the house and discussed the situation of each room and what treatments were needed, along with which areas needed the most attention--- I have an older, diabetic cat who had been using the carpet instead of his box for a bit... so gross. Then

Stuart from Steampro did an amazing job cleaning my carpets as well as scotch guard to keep them looking great longer .They were ahead of schedule and completed the job in a timely manner. Deep stains are gone and the carpet looks like new. He called ahead of time to introduce himself and let me know he was on his way. My carpets look fantastic and I have already booked another appointment in 6 months. Stuart was very personable and I felt very safe having him in my home. This is our second experience with Steam Pro and we couldn't be more impressed. Stuart did a great job with rugs, carpets and a sofa. We got an appointment quickly, Stuart was on time, very knowledgeable about treating multiple areas, had a professional but personable demeanor and fast . We had some areas that he treated after our dog marked. We highly recommend these service professionals.
