Services
Founded by President & CEO, Charles Grimm IV in 2000, BAC Transportation had humble beginnings with two limousines and one bus. Shortly after opening the business, the limousine fleet grew larger. In 2004 BAC expanded its fleet to provide Alaska with the first four wheel drive limousines. In 2008 BAC added Escalades to the Executive Sedan Services.

BAC's airport shuttle can transport you to and from the Ted Stevens Anchorage International Anchorage. I have just been through the Alaska Airlines holiday gladiator gamut. I was scheduled to fly from Tampa to Anchorage on the 29th, through Seattle. Here are some numbers of what actually happened:
7: number of flights that were cancelled
4: number of flights it took to get back to Anchorage
4th: date I actually got home
2: number of nights I stayed in Juneau
2: number of nights I was without my luggage, once I finally got back into town
I got the bags back last night. Alaska Airlines is using BAC to deliver them. (no idea if this is typical, I've never had this done before) All I&apos

Our Christmas Light tour bus was a blast this year. The driver Junior kept the Christmas tunes cranking and we saw so many great lights. We ended at the captain cook. We have been doing this as a family for 20 years and BAC has by far surpassed any other company we have used.

Arrived in Anchorage with my family of 8, an hour and a half earlier than scheduled. BAC was there waiting for us, and got us to our new home without missing a beat! The driver was friendly and professional, and engaging. I would highly recommend BAC to anyone coming to Anchorage.

Our luggage was late getting into Anchorage Ted Steven's International airport and had to be delivered to us later. We told them they could deliver it to my wife's work as it was closer and eaiser to find the our home address and the could do it any day during the week. We received a call on Sunday morning that our bags had arrived and they could deliver them today around 6 p.m. around 11:30 I received a text that they were leaving with our luggage. They arrived approximately 1 hour later. The delivery driver was great. Brought the luggage right to our door, was very polite and just a great person

Four stars for the nice large van they picked us up in along with a very professional driver. Would have given five stars but they were 10 minutes late for our pickup which made us arrive late for the check in time for the train
For the price we paid (they had to charge us for an hour since this wasn't a standard hotel to airport transfer but instead a 15 minute drive to the train station) we expected an on time pickup.

The driver was waiting for me outside baggage claim.
First time to Alaska and not able to rent a car so staying in one area, while I’m here.
From my research they were by far the best reviews and the best to talk to over the phone.
When I got here I did not want any sort of hassle finding transportation to Girdwood or booking someone that was going to be late or not show up.
While it was expensive, the peace of mind of getting to my destination and then drivers knowledge of the area and overall communication was great.

We used BAC Transportation during our recent visit to Alaska, on three separate occasions. For two days we had a private driver for the entire day, and the third was a two hour transfer. All three situations were amazing, from the staff who answered to the phones to the drivers themselves. For the two full days our driver was Sylvester, and he went above and beyond to make our journey enjoyable, and was accommodating to our needs. My dad fell and broke his hip before Thanksgiving. BAC medical transport moved him from the hospital to the treatment center. They also moved him to and from appointments. Their new transport vehicles are well suited to allow wheelchair transport in a warm comfortable manner. There was room for a passenger to ride along and sit right beside dad. They now also have the ability to transport stretcher patients. The drivers I encountered were pleasant and caring. Thank you for taking gentle care of my dad.

BAC Transportation provided last-minute coverage for tours of Nike Site Summit on Saturday. We couldn't have done it without them! Their CEO Charlie drove a bus himself and did a great job interacting with visitors, negotiating some difficult road conditions, and overall customer service. Their JetWay service was AMAZING...
We arrived in Anchorage, AK and started exiting the plane only to find our BAC chauffeur standing in the JetWay with a sign and our name on it. He greeted us and took us straight out the door and down the stairs to a waiting vehicle that was just for us. What an AMAZING experience that was. The chauffeur Lorenzo was perfect. Made sure we were settled, offered us water and explained the behind the scenes at the airport as he took us to get our bags. Once we had our bags we were on the way to our hotel. The service was 1st class all of the way. Great job BAC Transportation

I never got to actually use their service, but I'd like to thank their sales reps / booking agents, specifically Rosa. I greatly appreciated her patience, kindness and professionalism. My parents, aunts and uncles were headed to Alaska for a cruise, but their flight from home was delayed which in turn threw off the rest of their travel itinerary. They were now stuck in Anchorage with no way to get to Seward as they missed the train already. The below reviews don't know what they're talking about. I've worked with BAC for years and everytime I book a trip for a client of mine, the dispatchers are friendly, the drivers professional and the vehicles clean. If they weren't, I would never keep putting clients with them. I will absolutely continue using them for years to come because nobody in town compares to BAC.

We had a group of VIPs in town from Spain and needed every aspect of their trip to go perfectly! BAC did an amazing job of working with us and making sure that nothing fell through the cracks, which was no easy feat considering that we kept changing the itinerary up to the last second!
The customer service from BAC was exemplary through the whole process and the executive SUVs were very nice. So glad that we have a resource like BAC in Anchorage!

This place doesn't have enough staff, so they are rude and have a problem with any request changes you might have. I tallked to Charlie Grimm who said he was in charge and he didn't care if we gave their company any business or not. I told him we would have to call another place if they couldn't help us and he said go ahead. Which we did. We found another company in the area that we had no problems with and was able to help us with everything we needed at the last minute.
