I just graduated from Shared Knowledge's Social Media Academy. Jerry does a Great job at presenting the material which allows you to understand how social media works and all the things it can do for you and your business. You can take it in person and/or watch it live on facebook. I especially liked the fact that you can go back to review the video. I would highly recommend this to any individual or small business.

Jerry is amazing! He goes way beyond the basic service you will get at most computer service outlets. Jerry takes the time to educate you - not just on the work done but on any related topic so you can be more efficient and operate in a safer manner. Saying Jerry cares is an understatement. Jerry came out to my place and did a free estimate as to replacing my 9 year old PC. He suggested I purchase a re-fabricated PC, much more inexpensive than what I originally intended to purchase. After I purchased this PC and a new printer, Scott, Jerry's Assistant, did some preliminary work at their office which saved me time and money as compared if he did the same work at my home. Once this was done, Scott only took about an hour or so to get me 'up & running' with all the new hardware & software. Scott also patiently showed me some simple 'how to' things and all is still running 'ship shape

Shared Knowledge is the BEST as far as I am concerned! I have been working with Jerry, its owner, as my computer "guru" for about seven years now, and he ALWAYS takes care of my needs expeditiously, courteously and completely, even down to the minute details! He is also very good at training and a welcome personality and joy to work with! So I wouldn't be happy with another computer company - besides... My PC hard drive died due to a mechanical problem. I called Shared Knowledge Tech Solutions based upon on-line reviews, and I now concur with those reviews. They quickly responded and analyzed the problem and then installed a new drive using my "restore" disks without delay. They then restored the machine back to where it was before the crash, using my external backup drive. They kept me fully informed of the status during this process and I don't think I lost any of my docs & photos. They also offered good advice to avoid future problems.
