Scott Roser moved to Ruidoso in 1988, after having looked around the Southwest for a mountain town. He earned his real estate license in 1990 and has been a full time realtor/investor ever since. Roberta Roser is 5th generation Ruidosan with many "great-greats" running around with Billy the Kid back in the late 1800's.

Minimum night stay applies. These six newly remodeled, separate studio condo rentals accommodate a wonderful retreat or reunion. Each unit has its own little deck with privacy dividers, but the condos are side-by-side, sharing a common deck. This makes it easy for large parties to stay close together, but still have privacy.
Every condo and cabin rental includes unlimited 24 hour access to our community recreation room. Come on in, stretch your legs out and enjoy some choice amenities that exceed many local hotels and vacation rentals. The large wrap-around deck is ideal for grilling, entertaining, wildlife watching and star gazing.

A nice quiet place that is close to town but well removed from the bustle and noise of the main thoroughfares.
My lady and I found this to be an incredibly comfortable, relaxing little condo. We liked the secluded nature of the place so much that we spent more time hanging around on the porch listening to the river and enjoying the fresh air than we had planned on.
These condos aren't fancy by any stretch of the imagination but they are perfect for those that are self sufficient and looking for a chill place to stay and decompress.

I did not want to leave!
My stay here was simply amazing! Condo was very clean and has everything you may need for a weekend stay. Roberta is the one who took care of us and who assisted us with directions and answered any questions we had. The recreation room also offered some great perks of an extra bathroom, a hot tub and fireplace. These condos are very spacious, comfortable and offered the perfect quiet and cozy atmosphere you look for in Ruidoso. Will definitely be coming back!
