If I can give it 0 stars I definitely would! Beware when renting from them. Make sure u document EVERYTHING during the initial and last walk through. Take pictures of everything because these thieves will try to charge you ridiculous prices for everything! $56 to replace and outlet cover! Like how’s that’s possible. $500 to clean as 1200sq home and that doesn’t include cleaning the carpet that’s another $250 which legally they’re not allowed to charge unless there major damage other than normal wear and tear. Also don’t expect to receive your deposit within the legal time frame. They’ll

They are a scam company and are out to steal your holding deposit! They told me I was approved for a house and after paying a $2500 deposit they said they are canceling our agreement then kept my money I'm now going to have to take them to court . Please don't rent here save yourself the headache.

Please do not waste your money and sign a contract with this company . They make you sign the contract and tell you all kinds of nice stuff as soon as it is signed your house is just a number to them and they forget about it collect their fee . I signed with them so that they take care of my house and I don't have to worry but I was more involved taking care of my house then when I wasn't with them .I had to tell them how to take care of my property . They have one free inspection a year I had to call them several times to send some to make sure the tenant is taking care of the house .I can write

The worse company you could ever work with! Communication has been poor since day one. Access Asset Management was not upfront about several things about the property my boyfriend and I moved too. Have tried to make contact with them about questions and never get a response. My boyfriend and I came home from work today (5 May 2021) to roof tar and a ton of nails all around the property while we have dogs present. We were not contacted by Access stating workers were coming over today. When we opened the garage EVERYTHING was covered in junk from the roof being worked on. All over brand new tools

At first it was incredibly difficult to get a hold of anyone in the office at access asset until one day someone new answered the phone and really helped me get to the right departments. Lara went above and beyond when others wouldn't even return (and still have yet to return) my calls and messages. She went out of her way to communicate with those who i wouldn't hear back from and gather the information I needed during this rough time of trying to find a new home during a time where the market is nuts!! Stephanie was also kind and helpful during my first conversation with her today. Thank you

Worse management company I've ever dealt with. Everyone here is definitely correct about one thing, they are courteous until you apply. Once you do its all downhill from there. My family had traveled about an hour away to view a home. The representation was awfully poor. The home was had dog hair everywhere and reaked of dog urine. The rep from Access Asset Management was even embarrassed and you can tell he regretted bringing us there. However, we refused to rent this place after they said the owner would not want to replace the urinated carpet. Who knows if this place was ever cleaned afterwards

Lara was my first contact and let me tell you she is a godsend. She has been so helpful and supportive throughout our journey to find our next home and always stayed in contact with me to keep me updated with the process. As we continued with the rental process we started to work with Taylor who was amazing as well. I'm so thankful for these two wonderful people and the rest of the team for helping us find our home. I would highly recommend this company if you're looking for a trustworthy supportive property management company. Keep up the good work guys! You're awesome!

My family and I have been in a huge time crunch when comes to house searching. Access was the first rental agency to get back to us and they have been fantastic! We worked with Jessica and she was awesome! She was very knowledgeable and helped us out the best she could with all of our questions. I will be recommending to anyone in the future.
