A few more details about me; I compete in powerlifting, played football and baseball in college, successfully completed one mountaineering trip (barely), Shoe Dog by Phil Knight (a memoir about Nike) is my all time favorite book and captures my own ethos, and few things get me as excited as presenting to groups of people eager to learn about the science of pain.
To prevent and rehab lower back pain (and other issues) and help you regain, maintain, and create your highest quality life through strength training, mindset training, accountability, and healthy habit formation. We help you maximize your well-being and live your life how it's meant to be lived. Everyone knows they need to exercise more, eat healthfully, get more sleep, and have healthy relationships.
What should I expect during Physical Therapy sessions at Kadalyst WEllness and Physical Therapy? A rehab and personal training blend focused on reducing your pain, increasing your strength, and preventing future injury, all done by a physical therapist who just so happens to be a personal trainer, powerlifter, and former collegiate athlete.
Strapped for time? Can't leave the house because you need to watch the kids? No worries. We also are able to come to your house or office and work with you directly. We understand that sometimes life can get in the way. We remove that barrier so that you can still work on YOU. Gone are the days that the only time you can get physical therapy, rehab, and strength training services at a clinic that is more than 30 minutes away from you.
If you said yes to any of those above, then we can help you! If it's something else, then we can likely help you with that, too. We've blended our knowledge in rehab and injury prevention with our background in exercise science and our experience through powerlifting, running, and multiple sports to provide you with the most unique and customized experience possible.

I came to Kadalyst Wellness and Physical Therapy on a recommendation from my local orthopedist. I had been dealing with pain from an inflamed right hip for many months which had been preventing me from my usual hill and stair walking, hiking and participating in weekly Scottish Country Dance classes. I tried anti-inflammatory pills and injections, which did not help, and finally decided to try physical therapy.
Nate was welcoming, an excellent listener and very thorough in his examinations and testing. The real breakthrough came when he had me demonstrate the specific dance steps used in my class

I came to Dr. Nate being afraid to move because my back was hurting. We set goals and we started working towards them. I am happy to report that dr. Nate helped me reach my goals - to dance without fear to re-injure myself and to ride a horse without the back brace. Thank you, Dr. Nate. Mocha was great help too!

Virtual appointments and scheduling were extremely convenient. Matt guided me through increasing my flexibility and mobility post-shoulder surgery. It was easy to see weekly progress and he helped me get to the point where I could continue on with rehabilitation on my own!

Nathan Kadlecek is very Knowledgeable and loves helping his clients. In a short period of time he set me on the way to a healthy back and a comfortable life. He asked good questions, listened well and responded to my concerns. He also made sure I did my exercises correctly. Thank you, Nate!

I had attended another local physical therapy office for 14 weeks @ 3x a week with no improvement to my knee injury (I had torn ACL & multiple tears in the meniscus). We had very little increase in weight in that time & no one ever discussed my injury with me. Looking around the office, every single person seemed to be doing the exact set of exercises I was doing (which had never changed in the 14 weeks I was there). I highly recommend Dr. Nate Kadlecek at Kadalyst for physical therapy. He helped me with my lower back pain by designing and tweaking a good exercise program for me after learning about my health condition, my goals, and my exercise preferences. He is very knowledgeable and professional, listens closely and explains things well, and is upbeat and fun to work with. A great combination of traits!

Dr. Nate was exceptionally friendly and welcoming and showed interest in why I was there. He even did some independent research on my ”condition,” explaining with diagrams and taking time to explain.
Though fairly new to PT he seems very knowledgeable and well trained. No passing off to PT aide. Works directly with patient which us unusual!5
My only disappointment was that he was not supportive of alternative therapies I was pursuing for my pain, particularly chiropractic treatment and actually very dismissive of the profession. In fact, it has been extremely effective for certain issues

Dr. Nate has a wonderful PT practice. I can’t recommend him enough. I’m a practicing PT myself and trusted him with evaluating my achy knee that was not getting better with my own treatments. He was thorough and helped establish a plan I could follow through with on my own. He provided just the right amount of guidance. If you have a musculoskeletal injury, he’s your guy. I had a shoulder problem that Dr Kadleccek diagnosed and set up a workout plan to correct it. After 3 months of therapy my shoulders are doing fine now. He really helped me to gain strength not only in my shoulders but upper body and total body fitness as well. I highly recommend Kadalyst Wellness and Physical Therapy and Dr Nathan Kadlecek. You can't go wrong working with him! Great Job!!!
