We will review the repairs and send you an itemized estimate to present to your client. Once the repairs are approved we will schedule them to be completed no less than 7 days before closing (when possible) leaving time for a re-inspection prior to closing. Once repairs are completed we will send you an invoice that can be placed on closing documents to be paid by the title company at closing.

I now have my dream bathroom. BPM had their work cut out for them. We live in a mid-1800’s house with a small bathroom, tiny tub, sloping floors, narrow doors, no insulation in the walls, etc. I need an accessible house and we could make it work except the bath area and BPM gave us an amazing quote for an absolutely beautiful bathroom. I now have an incredible walk-in cultured marbled shower, 2 sinks, below the floor the plumbing was updated, the floors leveled and new flooring that we chose was installed. The walls were torn out (finding a previous old doorway and window) and insulation installed

This is a great company. When we sold our house, we needed to put a vapor barrier in for the buyers. They were prompt, affordable, and professional. We lost power in our home and the main line coming into the house froze which meant no water at all. Beadles having responded the same day and were able to get parts and fix the mainline coming in without having to get into the foundation or the yard.
