Transpro is family owned and operated, a third generation business, rooted in the Rocky Mountains. It all started about 70 years ago, in 1946, when Ed Henry Burgener returned to the Rocky Mountains after serving his country in WWII.

He had a vision to serve the trucking industry just as he had served the troops on the front line, putting the needs of the individual's first, offering practical solutions to get the job done as quickly and effectively as possible. He built a company to entrust for future generations. His heart and morals are still what drives the company today.
Founded in 1946 by Ed Henry Burgener after he returned from WWII, where he served our country fighting overseas, the company is now owned and operated by the third generation. We currently have terminals in Wyoming and Colorado where we service customers from the entire Western United States. Our leadership team has over 300 years of combined transportation experience.
Transpro's wide range of trailers include modern end dump, side dump, and tandem dump options so that we can customize the best solution for your specific dry bulk materials job - let us know what you need hauled, where, and when, and we can find the right hauling solution for you.

We have been in business more than 70 years, and with a fleet of more than 500 trucks and trailers on the road, we have the team and equipment to get your dry bulk transportation job done safely and efficiently.Get in touch with our trucking experts today to discuss a customized hauling solution for your dry bulk materials.
Cement pigs are pneumatic trailers specially designed for materials (cement, sand, etc.) hauling and on-site storage. Cement pigs usually have a higher capacity and are easier to use than traditional cement silos. Plus, they are perfect for high volume jobs. Our team can haul materials to your build site and leave the portable cement pigs behind, allowing you to keep the material safe from the elements and readily accessible when needed.

Positive: Professionalism, Responsiveness, Value
I’ve been working here at Transpro for over a year now and really like the work. There is a lot of variety if you’re willing to learn and try new things.

A very Democratic bias company. If you do not agree with their Democratic views than they removed you from the company and force you to quit! They do not respect their drivers, and drivers should not have an opinion and they treat drivers like slaves.

These guys are great people. My mom got lost and confused on her way to meet us in Fort Collins. She pulled off here looking for somewhere open with AC she could wait for me to come get here. They took her into their office and took care of her. One of the gentlemen working that day was a EMT and he took her vitals and talked t ok me about her when I got there. I realize this has nothing to do with fixing trucks, but if they are this attentive to a 70 year old road warrior who pulls up in a car - I feel confident they would be able to attend to your truck.

Company was the best to work for. Until the owner sold out and brought in upper management which ruined it. I do believe that they take advantage of Kurt. As far as others have said unless your in the cool crowd watch your back. If could rate this company on a 1 to 10 I would give a minus 8.

When I worked for Transpro/Burger Trucking out of the Laramie WY terminal my experience was awesome I didn't want to leave but I had to move back to Idaho my dad had cancer. But while I was working @ Transpro I was treated like I was part of the team when I had a problem with the truck that I was driving the mechanics fixed, the dispatchers were awesome they were cool I liked them, the equipment was nice I was always wishing that I had a semi like truck # 81 or truck # 91 that how nice the equipment plus I liked the color of the trucks.

Poor middle management. All dispatch or pusher employees are somehow related or close friends making working there like being outside the cool click. Working there means you have to watch your back and hope their group doesn't get you in their sights. Dispatchers are worthless, lazy and untrained. It's a real shame cause they are mostly good people with poor managers. Office staff are all helpful and proactive to any driver problems and good people overall. The owner is a good guy who treats his drivers fairly and with the best intentions. It appears he trusts in his managers too much and they

Two cars on the road; one headed east, the other west. One was a Transpo cement truck, the other was my dodge caliber. A rock flew through my windshield and when I called the company to discuss the matter I was treated like garbage. Irresponsible drivers and disrespectful staff. Clean your trucks before you hit the road and clean your attitude before you answer your company phone!
