Dr. Deniz Gerecci is a facial plastic & reconstructive surgeon seeing patients in Lake Oswego and Portland, Oregon. She is a Texas native, but has enjoyed living in the Pacific Northwest since 2013. After completing her undergraduate and medical degrees, she dedicated 6 years of specialized training to treating problems of the face, head, and neck.
She attended medical school at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas. During that time she discovered her interest in head & neck surgery. She was co-president of the medical student surgical society and founded the medical student interest group for Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery.

Deniz is both professional and very kind, and not only is my face symmetrical again, I still look natural ,and was getting compliments just a week later! When the weather was bad, I was able to send pictures of my progress, and she was able to give me practical advice over the phone in a very timely manner. Would definitely recommend!

I'm so thankful I found Dr. Gerecci! I had reached out back in December to talk about buccal fat removal to slim down my chipmunk cheeks. She got back to me and setup a consultation. A few weeks later I was back for the procedure, which didn't take long at all. I also decided to get lip injections and they came out stunning! It's been about 6 months since my initial procedure and I'm so happy with the way everything turned out. I go back every 6 months for my lips to be touched up and I couldn't see myself trusting anyone else with my face.

The procedure went very well. Very pain free. Everything was explained before Dr. began. Both Dr. Gerecci and her surgical assistant were so professional, kind, funny and caring. I felt very relaxed and calm. I look like hell right now, but will look amazing in another week or two. So excited to see end results.

I don’t think I have the right words to adequately describe the degree of satisfaction I received from my journey (thus far) with Dr. Gerecci. She is a detailed artist, a respectable doctor and a truly genuine person. Throughout my life, it was difficult to disclose my physical insecurities to anyone. Dr. Gerecci is the BEST! Not only is she an incredible plastic surgeon, she’s a great person! It feels more like you’re with a friend than with a doctor.
