Carolina Pines Sports Medicine & Rehab
We are thrilled to announce the addition of a new surgical robot at Carolina Pines that assists with total joint replacement! The robot, located tableside in the operating room, allows a surgeon's hand movements to be scaled, filtered, and translated into precise movements of micro-instruments at the surgical site.

Carolina Pines is proud to be the first hospital in the area to offer this advanced technology! We invite you to join us for our fourth annual tree lighting ceremony to welcome the holiday season while we honor those that are special to us. Lights will be lit in honor and in memory of loved ones, and donations will benefit students in our area wishing to pursue a degree in the medical field.

Having always been a HUGE supporter and fan of McLeod in Florence I feel it important to share the experience we had at Carolina Pines Stork’s Landing Labor and Delivery! My daughter just gave birth- and we could not have asked for a better experience! Her team- Nurses Riley and Ashley were absolute superstars- God continue to bless them- they are absolutely the best! She had nurses Mary and Allie for her post partum care and they were so great as well. The facility was clean, they were so compassionate, and attentive every step of the way. They made us feel like we were the only patient they

I brought my daughter to urgent care to get Covid tested....they told her it cost $120 if you do not have insurance....for God's sake are we not in the midst of another variant and still a pandemic...they are pushing that poison (Covid shot and booster for free) but want you to pay to find out if you have it or not. Why I say poison because its man made and not plant based any way I am so disappointed in you people at Carolona Pines.

Emergency Room Front Desk Very Unprofessional. Walked in her personal phone was ringing very loud. She then process to say he cant even be in the building, referring to my 6 year old son who just rode all the way from Columbia who only wanted to use the restroom.Mind you there is no sign that states he can not enter the building. Please teach empanthy and voice tone etiquette skill. People only come in to see about thier loved ones. No need for attitudes or rudeness. Next, time my mom will be taken to Baptist Medical Center In Columbia, SC. Way more professional.

My daughter was seen in the ER tonight. The experience with Anna Evans, NP was very unprofessional. She hurried in, not once stating her name to me or my daughter. Just start ranting on about what meds/rx they can’t prescribe in the ER. I don’t know if she thought we were opiate users or what. That’s not why we came, treat my child for the issue at hand and be done. I had to ask the nurse her name when he came back in the room. He (Larry) was extremely nice. “Professionals” like this is what gives businesses a bad name.

I was in the ER Saturday. I was seen in less than 10 minutes. I don't remember the names of everyone that saw me but they were outstanding. The NP that was working in the ER all the nurses as well as radiology who took me for a CT scan. After my tests came back I was still in pain but I was treated until I was pain free.
I'd like to see Carolina Pines expand. I needed an egd but I was told that they don't have a gi doctor. I was treated better at Carolina Pines than I have been at McLeod or even my family doctor. I can't say enough about the staff at Carolina Pines. Excellent thank you

I had to take my daughter in tonight for abdominal pain, fever and vomiting and the staff here were phenomenal-all the way from the greeter-the check in staff-the triage nurse and all the nurses and PA. RN Brittany and RN Sherill along with PA Ashley and the staff in CT treated my daughter with excellent bedside manner and compassion. They explained everything to her before doing anything making sure to get her comfortable with them. I would highly recommend them to anyone and are very appreciative of them.

Made a physical therapy appt for my scoliosis after seeing Dr. Hey in Raleigh. He was requiring Schroth method for PT on scoliosis. I was trying to get exercises after first visit specific to Scroth method and all I got were exercises I was already doing from physical therapist Harriet. The second visit still no exercises specific to Scroth. It was frustrating and maddening that I wasted two visits. Then PT manager calls me on phone and says I need to find another PT because I was rude to Harriet. Guess patients have no rights or input in their treatment. I can see why most patients seek treatment

I was there tonight with my daughter and my nurse named Demeka was an angel in disguise. She was a breathe of fresh air while visiting the ER. I believe my Doctors name was Amber and she was also very helpful. I’ve never had a bad experience here and I’m not sure why the rating are so low for this hospital but my intimate experiences with the staff and treatment has been good. I thank God for anointing each and everyone that treats us with so much love and patience. I pray that each of the staff are covered with the blood if Jesus and continue to treat and heal the sick.

I recently had a stay at Carolina Pines Regional Medical Center. I cannot express enough how amazing every single staff member was - from coming in through the emergency room, having scans, and staying for nearly 3 days. Every single person was so amazingly kind and caring. I wish I could go back and remember every single name so I could publicly express my gratitude to them all, but truly everyone was so good to me. I truly appreciate their patience and kindness.

Horrible ER nurses they show no compassion for patients. My husband is a disabled veteran and he was treated horribly. Skip this ER drive the extra distance to a better hospital. The ER only had 3 people and that was including my husband and they were mad that they couldn't hang out and talk. SMDH!

To whom it may concern,

On November 24th around 1:30 pm
I encountered the rudest and most unprofessional respiratory therapist Faye. My family and I are sitting with my aunt and this lady walks into the room without knocking and immediately starts working with my aunt without acknowledging who she is or her position. She then leaves out and comes back while the radiology technician is completing my aunts Chest X-ray. At this point we all are waiting outside until the technician finishes up. Let me add that the radiology technician came in and stated her name and the task she was going to perform

I went to visit one of our church members who was undergoing a minor medical procedure. The hospital staff were helpful and friendly as I search for my visitor. The facilities are well kept, clean and modern. I was around for lunch so I decided to have lunch in the cafeteria. The food was inexpensive and nutritious baked salmon, green peas and vegetables. If I had to visit again, I know I will be comfortable as a guest.
