Our family-owned company, Peaks Ranches, was established in 1978 by Maitland and Priscilla Peak by the purchase of a lemon orchard in Oxnard, California. When Maitland passed away, his son-in-law Donald Blaser took over the management of the company. The orchard was eventually sold to the City of Oxnard.
Conveniently located near I-5 Exit 27 at Barnett Road, the property has ample parking, professionally landscaped grounds, and security cameras.
