We experienced an electrical problem involving a blown circuit. Flat River was called in the morning and was out to our house within the hour. They troubleshot the problem, determined the cause, and fixed it quickly. This brought much relief to our family. We are thankful for their fast response and knowledge. We'll definitely be calling them again and have recommended to others as well.

The electricians (Caleb and Nate) from Flat River did a great job. They arrived on time, were super polite and helpful, installed the baseboard heater and new floor plugs professionally, and even drove to Lowes to pick up a part so that I could have the outlet cover I wanted! I would highly recommend.

We are very happy with the work that was done by Jake, his partner and Mike. We had a fuss box replaced and 9 light fixtures replaced/updated. They were very professional and timely. Mike even came back several months later to replace one light that I couldn’t find the right fixture to replace it with. I appreciate the additional time to shop and get it right. I also appreciate that he came on his way home to make sure it was done. My only complaint would be that it took about 4 calls to get get ahold of someone initially. I blame COVID. So keep trying if no one calls you back.

Had a 45-yr old kitchen ceiling light fixture that began to flicker. Flat River came out the next day. Caleb anticipated all potential fixes and came totally prepared. We decided a new fixture was needed. Somehow he anticipated what we might like and had put it on the truck. It was perfect. He even had a brown switch plate with a dimmer, no less. Caleb and Sam were very efficient, friendly, and professional. Mike is lucky to have them as a crew for his company.
