Dr. Sebastian has resided and practiced in Federal Way since 1980. He prides himself in his strong ties to his community and strives to provide the highest standards of care in a warm and comfortable manner. Dr. Sebastian received his dental degree in 1977 from the University of Pittsburgh. He then completed an internship in general dentistry at Sacred Heart Hospital in Allentown, PA.
