Primary care doctor who specialize in spinal health and well-being. Focus is on the prevention, diagnosis and conservative care of spine-related disorders and other painful joint issues. IASTM, stands for instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization it is one of a number of manual therapy approaches that uses instruments with a specialized form of massage/scraping the skin gently.
Chiropractic care is defined as a healthcare approach intended to restore and maintain the body's natural balance. We don't just "crack away" at the spine. In fact, everything we do is based on the results of your initial examination and the path we've outlined for your recovery. With a very carefully designed plan in place, we make calculated adjustments that will actually make a difference in your healing.
After putting in the hard work and acing tryouts, it's time to make sure your student athlete is healthy enough to play. Luckily, getting a sports physical is a relatively painless process, and you can even take your student athlete to a chiropractor to get a physical instead of a traditional doctor.
We accept most health insurances. However, each health plan is unique and we must check for benefits. This is why we ask to contact us with your insurance card information prior to your visit. You probably won't find a more genuine chiropractor than Dr. Arno. He listens, asks questions, and works within your range of mobility. Very professional, explains everything he's doing, and just an all around great doctor. Not to mention the office is clean, relaxing, and has a very warm welcoming ambience. Highly recommend you check it out. If you're hesitating, just look at all the positive reviews and go ahead and book that appointment! You won't regret it.

My neck and back was hurting very badly and a friend recommended him. Excellent service. I was able to schedule an appointment through email. Dr. Arno worked with me for one hour, he was able treat the pain. He did specific adjustments followed by cupping where he had me do the movements that were hurting me. I would suggest him to anyone that needs help. I will use his service again!
