He is an attorney, former investment banker and served on the board of a publicly traded medical device company for many years. He is a graduate of William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul. He is very excited about owning Lake Superior Medical Equipment and loves being part of the Duluth community.

Starting 5/1/20 people who stop by Vikre Distillery in Duluth and B & B Market in Cloquet will have the opportunity to get a free neck gaiter and the opportunity to donate non-perishable food items to the Second Harvest Food Bank to help feed those in need.Vikre has a bonus option of free hand sanitizer also!

We provide FREE walker/cane clinics at area Assisted and Independent living facilities to ensure that the walking aids used by the residents are safe and in good repair. Call us if you'd like to host a Clinic at your facility! We especially appreciated the attendance of Mark Privratsky, Field and Constituent Services Representative for Congressman Nolan, who fielded many questions from our well-informed and concerned customers.

Even when I show up at the wrong location.
Even in the middle of a pandemic.
Even a half hour before closing.
Sandy was a rockstar!
Excellent customer service.
I was standing outside the Cloquet store think I had arranged for a piece of equipment with them (I had not).
Sandy came out asked how she could help.
Went back in and pulled the item I needed and was back outside in just a few minutes.
Took the time (just before closing) to show me how everything worked.
Closely listened to my tale of woe and wished me and m recovering family member well.
Thank you for making it feel like a friend

Great customer service and prompt delivery. I've been using Lake Superior Medical for several years and I've never experienced any problems or delays in delivery. The phone is always answered promptly by a friendly voice and my orders or questions are taken care of quickly and professionally. I really appreciate the friendliness and quality of service they provide.
