Whether you face financial catastrophe caused by sudden, unexpected events, or have debts that have steadily grown to the point that they are unmanageable, we are here to help. We have helped our bankruptcy clients restructure and discharge millions of dollars of debt. We can stop creditor calls, stop lawsuits, stop garnishments, stop repossessions, and stop foreclosures.

I have practiced in Mississippi for over 22 years. I run a local office where I work directly with all of my clients. We accept a limited number of cases so that I can spend more time working with you rather than having a paralegal or secretary do most of the work. This allows me to adopt a strategy unique to your individual circumstances rather than using a one-size fits all approach.
Services
For over 22 years I have guided Mississippians through the court systems of this state. During that time, I have helped individuals from all walks of life. I have witnessed, experienced and come to appreciate the many types of financial challenges that individuals face. My practice is focused on individuals who are at odds with debt collectors, banks and other creditors.
Some people would rather drown in a sea of debt than file for bankruptcy. While most want to pay their debts, there comes a point when your debt burden begins to harm you and your family. Often debt becomes unmanageable after a job loss. Even if you find a new job you may have fallen behind on your bills.
I would highly recommend using Mr. Coleman. He has been AMAZING! My situation threw us a curve ball but he was able to handle it promptly and professionally. He is very knowledgeable and is the perfect person to receive legal advice from. I was very pleased with the thoroughness and professionalism with Toby and his team.
Repossession is when a creditor takes property from you because the payments are not being made. While many things can be repossessed for non-payment, we commonly hear about it being done with large and easy to get to collateral such as cars and trucks.

Depending on the number of cases you have had dismissed in the year before re-filing, you might have to take extra steps to get the automatic stay extended past 30 days or even to have it put back in place.Your disposable earnings are what are left after your employer makes the legally required deductions for federal and state taxes, your share of state unemployment insurance and social security.
