It is very important to be comfortable with the person who's doing energy work on you, so by all means call or email with any question you may have. Neither the client, nor the practitioner should be under the influence of drugs or alcohol during a Reiki treatment. The consumption of drugs reduces the body's ability to resonate with the high vibrational energy and heal itself, therefore a Reiki treatment during this time is futile.

Feeling unstable with my energy focused on negativity I seeked help from mother lotus for reiki healing. She listened to my worries and helped me change my perspective on how I saw all the obstacles I was facing. After my first reiki session I felt a peace of mind and understanding. Things were happening to get me to move and grow and I would not have seen that without her help. I highly recommend her and guarantee I will be coming back.
