Jim as a former machinist and Skip being a former Certified Journeyman Tool and Die Maker started the company in 1971. Jim retired in 1988 and Skip retired in 2002. Skip's son Jay has been with the company since 1988 and became the president in 2002. He is also a Certified Journeyman Machinist and is still with the company today.
