The owner told me it would be $100, parts and labor, to repair my vacuum. He stated that the vacuum would be ready in a few days. True to his word he called me in a couple days. I went to pay for it and he said he had had found the part for cheeper and it was only $80. He could have charged me the $100 and I would never had known. He didn't. Honestly and integrity. I appreciate that in someone who runs a service business. Times are hard right now and he saved me money.

Our Miele canister stopped working, of coarse at the worst possible time. We had family over and needed to get the house cleaned. With no appointment, i dropped by this store . I met the manager Alex, and he understood our situation and offered to loan us a vacuum while he fixed ours. That was very nice of him, fortunately we could wait til the next day. This is a great place to have in Ventura. Very small town feel with great service.

This place is a nightmare!!!! Perhaps they can fix a vacuum but I dropped off a SERGER on December 15, 2014 for a general tuneup and adjustment. Because of the holiday, I was told 2 weeks to completion.
On January 9, I walked in for the 4TH TIME, to find that the SERGER had never been sent out for repairs and that it was sitting untouched on the owner's desk along with his cell phone since he had ran out the back door to avoid explaining himself to me. He left the apologies to the girls up front.
If this is the kind of customer service and professionalism that you are seeking, by all means use

I can say that the Ventura Vacuum & Sewing crew has great leadership and service. They completely rebuilt my vacuum to better than new. My wife brought her sewing machine in and they did a great job repairing it. They were under budget and the fastest service in Ventura. They get my highest recommendation
