The General District Court has original jurisdiction in all misdemeanors (fines up to $2,500 or sentences up to twelve months in jail, or both); original and exclusive jurisdiction in civil cases involving $4,500 or less; and generally, concurrent jurisdiction with the 18th Circuit Court in claims involving $4,500 but not exceeding $25,000.

I meet this company in.. well.. their usual field of business. It wasn't the brightest moment in my history; however, with my experience with them, they've helped me through overstep of the process. I was completely unsure who to use for myself and called affordable bail and got a great bondsman. He was literally outside the jail after I was released to walk me through the next steps. Then when i had a technical error which meant I needed another bail they helped ensure I was prepared and had everything ready to make the process smooth. I cannot say enough about Johnathan. I will never call or recommend anyone else. He even made sure I got home safely. Call them!!!!

Excellent service, 10/10 would recommend to any and everyone needing bond. Extremely helpful and understanding. I had an amazing experience using Affordable Bail Bonds. They were able to help me get my fathers bail set much faster than I thought would be possible and they have great customer service. I spoke with Johnathon on the phone the night before my fathers case to confirm details and he went out of his way to help me. Affordable Bail Bonds in Va Beach is the best bail bonds company in VB. I will never use anyone else besides these guys after how much they helped me out when no one else believed me, Donnie took a chance on me and I will never forget that.
