On a trip out west, some hit and run jack-wagon did driver side body damage to my new 2021 Ram 1500. After the insurance run around and talk about a “preferred shop”, I was able to do my own foot work to find a repair shop. The Ram dealer here in Wooster highly recommended Auto Works and I am so glad they did. These folks know the business. The initial review of my truck was great with through discussion on what they would do, what they would need to secure and how long they would need it. Super professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. These folks did a bang up job making my truck look like

Thanks to auto works for job well done. Very accommodating and they took great care of my car and did an excellent job with the repairs. Very friendly staff. They even cleaned the inside and took care of some blemishes that wasn’t part of their job. This is from the auto works in Wooster down past the fairgrounds.
