Gail has always been interested in health and wellness. As a child she wanted to pursue a career as either a medical doctor or veterinarian and she was impassioned with helping people (and animals!). As she grew up and started learning more about the human body it became clear that Western Medicine, although powerful and appropriate in certain situations, was not the best path to health.
She learned how the powerful effects of holistic medicine and the importance of treating the whole person, rather than focusing on the symptoms, leads to wellness. The profound changes she experienced after a series of acupuncture treatments inspired Gail to explore Chinese medicine and pursue a career as an acupuncturist.

I can't say enough about Gail's acupuncture skills! When I came to Gail with a severe case of Sciatica due to a bad fall and other related issues, I was worried that I wasn't going to be able to walk again. Gail's thoughtful approach to my difficulties were amazing and my movement has been restored.

I have been seeing Gail for 6 months and she has changed my life. Yesterday when I arrived at her office I was not doing well emotionally. After the treatment I was feeling so much better and today I feel like a new person. Every treatment she has given me has been wonderful. Her kindness and caring attitude sets her apart. Gail is an amazing woman and acupuncturist. She has treated me off an on over the years and worked wonders on my back pain as well as overall health when I needed it - even during pregnancy. I always feel better after her treatments. Not only from the acupuncture, but from her care, compassion, and solutions without judgement. Cannot recommend more highly.

I waited several months after moving away from Seattle and receiving treatments from other practitioners before writing this review. Gail was my first acupuncturist, and without a doubt, the best. Her professionalism combined with her compassion were evident from the moment I entered the treatment room for my first appointment. I was skeptical to try acupuncture, but I can honestly say that I'm a believer. I went with a wide variety of symptoms, primarily emotional, and it has been one of the most effective things I've ever found. Instantaneous relief that lasts. Gail is incredibly knowledgable

I was skeptical when I first went for acupuncture after a major car accident, but her treatments got me going towards healing again after stalling in my initial treatments I'd had for six months prior. So, I got another injury last week after not seeing her for many months. I was in a so much pain my doctor prescribed heavy pain meds for me to get some sleep. After going for one treatment with Gail, I could sleep without pain meds and my neck released. I had a heaviness to my injury, but could just treat the remaining pain with Ibprofin for the two nights after a treatment. It has helped a lot

Gail’s office is conveniently located within the same collective clinic as my NDs, in the Health and Wellness Clinic. I made the decision to start receiving AOM/TCM sessions with Gail after experiencing a 7 month spell of Amenorrhea as well as wanting to once again combine complimentary alternative medicine approaches for long-term upper back and neck pain from a car accident I was in 7 years ago. I've been going to Gail for a few years for a variety of issues ranging from TMJ to heartburn to chronic knee pain. She has been a vital resource for my recovery and maintenance regimen. Asides from the effectiveness of her treatment, Gail is a wonderful person to work and talk with. I can't recommend her practice enough.
