In retrospect Michele Petrillo Owner/CEO of Baskets-n-Beyond would share this was initially a "hobby", making custom baskets exclusively for friends and family. Michele admits modestly, although successful in her corporate career path, there was something definitely missing. It all started in her parent's basement and unknowingly at the time, this was the infancy of her true calling in life, unleashing her entrepreneurial spirit.

Came through last minute for a sympathy basket. I initially made the wrong choice ordering from 1-800 Baskets and after payment was told it would take a week! This was a birthday present, I was ordering from all the way in South Africa for a friend in New Jersey, USA. I was naturally concerned if my friend would get her gift, but I need not have been. Baskets-N-Beyond is doing such excellent and important work, especially during COVID! My Grandmother and Aunt are currently in the hospital, and as I'm not able to visit due to COVID, I wanted to send them something special.

I will definitely be back! I needed three baskets with varying themes and at different price points. Michele was so easy to work with and created 3 beautiful gifts that were perfectly tailored to their recipients. This is the second time I have ordered a basket from the friendly and very communicative Michele at Baskets n Beyond. She is more than amenable, friendly, and goes out of her way to make your experience an enjoyable and happy one. I just had her send a basket to a friend who may be having some major surgery and gave Michele some healthy suggestions which she gladly took to the limit. My daughter had surgery and I reached out to this shop to try and create a tailor made get well basket. Michele listened to my list of her favorite treats/snacks and was so helpful. I called back and even asked for the basket to be delivered a day earlier and she gladly agreed to the change. Well, I just got a call from my daughter who was overjoyed and amazed by the gift basket she just received that included, among other things, mixed nuts, loads of chocolate, cookies, biscuits, brittle and dozens of other high quality items. Michele at Baskets N Beyond is simply amazing. I needed a bereavement basket but I wanted something a little different from what was on the website.
